I'm a sr. citizen;  I've had dogs all of my life.   I hate to bathe them because they always stink from whatever shampoo I've used.  Today I washed my newest rescue (stray, still being set up with local rescue  program).   He is very clean and he does not stink at all.  He just smells like clean dog.  The product rinsed out completely.   I'm thrilled.  I will never use another brand.   I cannot believe it took me decades to find a quality product, and the price is cheaper than most.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I had this red nose pit that keeps scratching herself uncontrollably. I'm trying this shampoo to see if it relives her urge. After a shower at night she seems very relieved. The next day same thing so far she's just relaxed. Hope this last two weeks for her next shower . Looks very promising

If it's good stick to it.
The oats are so soothing for their skin especially in summer.

My pup loves his bath and shampoo and does zoomies after.

Then he takes a much needed nap.

I will buy this again. It lathered good, smelt wonderful, rinsed out just fine, and more importantly my dog wasn't itching like she does with other dog shampoo.

Use several of Burt's Bee products. Like the product, never drys my pup's skin or causes any itching.  Never had any issues in private areas with irritation. 

Gave it a 4 because it is very thin in consistency making it challenging to control the quantity and price increase. Use to get larger bottles at Five Below for less than Wal-Mart's smaller size bottles. 

Only brand shampoo we use on our 4 pups.

The scent is good but not over powering. Would like to see more natural ingredients within the product. My dog tolerated it well and did scratch must less after he was bathed in it. I think that it was moisturizing and soothing to his skin. Before the bath, he did have dry, flakely and itchy skin.

Nice Product

My dog is an indoor and outdoor dog. We try to keep him clean when we come back from our walks to keep the house clean. My dirty boy likes to get in a stream of water by the road we walk by and he smells really bad. We got this to help soothe his dry skin and to refresh him when he comes back in the house. But this didn't really help. Instead of smelling clean he still stank. We used dawn instead.

Not good

This dog shampoo did not work well for me at all, had little to no smell and what little you could smell was unpleasant. It has absolutely no lather and just disappears once you rub it in. My dogs fur did not feel soft or clean. Overall would buy something else

I have two English bulldogs that have sensitive skin and get so dirty quickly. This shampoo was super watery. I always use two separate shampoos and they get lathered up twice. I had to use the Burt's Bees twice before using their second shampoo. 

Worked in a quick pinch but more than likely will not buy again.

I had high hopes with the reviews. I agree, it is definitely watery and takes a lot to lather your dog well. I just used it on a four-month old very short-haired pup and can't believe how many times I had to put more on her. She has developed an allergy, so to soothe her I bought this and the Itch-soothing spray by Burt's Bees. Both only gave temporary relief, meaning several hours, not a full day. I'm not sure I would recommend this as it's a waste, especially for a big dog with thicker hair.
