Skin feels a bit like it has a residue on it but seems to be helping to calm my skin. Working better than most everything I've tried although I do miss that soft skin feeling that I expected.

Worth trying!

In my late 50's and although the packing has changed a few times the quality has remained top notch. My skin has become dryer as I have aged and this is my go to for morning and midday freshening up %26 cleansing.

Gentle %26 moisturizing

If it is a highly rated facial cleanser, regardless of popularity or price, throughout my many years, I've probably tried it.  
Recently, included in my 84th birthday gift was a set of Burt's Bees travel size products. I'm here to tell you that after trying the facial cleanser for a week, I quickly ordered the full-size product.  It's without question, the nicest face cleanser I've ever used!  All of those high-priced 'special' brands could learn a lot from Burt's Bees!

I originally ordered a product for pick up that was for sensitive skin from this brand. They did not have it in stock and substituted this one. When someone orders something for sensitive skin they expect to receive a product for sensitive skin and shouldn't have to fear the replacement is not. This product is indeed not for sensitive skin and burns my face everytime I use it. I didn't want it to go to waste so I continue to try and get through it but it doesn't get better the more I use it. Just keeps burning
