It's easy to assemble it. We all love the antique white color and its appearance. Very happy with the bookcase. It said the weight limit for the shelves are 50 lbs. We probably put books heavier than that limit and it seems to sag a tiny bit, but you wouldn't notice it.

Couldn't be happier.

It's a good item and it's exactly what we needed and it compliments our area.  Craftsmanship is good, we have bought Bush office furniture throughout the years and they've lasted and kept their classic look and style.  For us, this is the first time we bought white.  It's always been the dark woods for our offices but this was for home. 
 The bookcase serves our purpose; no problems.  Now we shop for the rest of the furniture desk, file cabinet, etc...

I love it!

I purchased two bookcases. They arrived with all four sides broken. I contacted Bush furniture. They are going to send four side panels. However, they are on back order and then have to come from Pennsylvania to the west coast. I would have hoped that they would have just sent two new bookcases.

I should not have to wait for backordered parts.

If I could rate lower than a 1, I would give this product a 0! It is of such poor quality I would not want it if it was free! It is made of very cheap materials and flimsy.

The instructions were missing and several shelves were scratched. We were able to figure it out . Also, the QR code that is supposed to take me to a link for a video says the video is no longer available.
