I love that folders can be arranged facing the front or side and that it can be adjusted to hold wider files (facing the front).  The soft close works well.

My only complaint is it took me 3 hours to assemble. The instructions left much to be desired. I'm not a fan of picture assembly, especially when the part numbers on the item didn't always match the part numbers in the photos. That being said, I was easily able to assemble it by myself, and the final product looks beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a good piece of furniture. Looks a lot better than the white regular file cabinets I was using.  It did take a long time to put it together, but I would do it again.

Really love the high quality and sturdy wood of this file cabinet! It's white exterior matches our other furniture too.

Bush Home

Assembly took just under 3 hours.  The QR codes didn't work but paper instructions weren't to bad, overall a good product

Great piece and price.  Fantastic idea got file boxes off the floor in my home office.   Bit of a pain to put together quite a lot of parts, oddly enough.   Chest itself is pretty sturdy,  some of the file hanging parts not so sure,  plastic. Did order a second one however.   Hopefully it won't take as long to assemble as the first one.

Great attractive piece and extremely functional A

I'm quite happy with this file cabinet. It looks lovely and the drawers move easily. Assembly was a challenge as I'm a 69 year old woman. But, I preserved!  The only thing I don't like is the channels that sit on the drawer for hanging files. They fall off so easily!  Did I miss something in the instructions?!?

Lovely Cabinet

I purchased my first filing cabinet from Amazon. The exact same brand style, etc. That version has a solid back. The Walmart version was a few dollars cheaper than on Amazon, however is cheaply made the back is cardboard and is sturdy. I do not recommend this filing cabinet from Walmart. It's beautiful in person but purchase it from Amazon..

The final product does look nice but its cheaply made. The entire thing is particle board and fairly flimsy. Not super sturdy at all. The back is basically cardboard and theres no finished look. At least it sits up against a wall so you don't see it. Be clear, while under the description it says material is wood, nothing about this is real wood. 

Mine had a small scratch on the front but not enough for me to replace it after all the work assembling. I didn't notice until it was all put together.  It took my boyfriend, who works in construction, 2 hours to put together. NOTHING is pre-assembled. Hes

Another reviewer mentioned the color is not true to a cherry wood and that is correct. Its more of a chocolate color. Just be sure thats whats your want. He's  just going to touch it up for me.  

In the end, its a cheap filing cabinebt and thats what the price is equivalent to. Its at least lighter than a real wood cabinet and will be easier to move around.

Get What You Pay For

It is flimsy and I am even afraid to put any files in it.  If you pull out one drawer the other one wants to come out also.  I am so disappointed.  I would send it back, but I am disabled and don't know how I would do that.
