We needed a bench to make it easier to put on & take off our boots this winter.  It has be colder and more snow-covered than most.  I found this Bench/Hall Tree in a Goggle search. After consulting with my Social Director/Interior Designer, we purchased it via the website. It arrived in 3 days, via FedEx. It took about 3 hours to put together ( I double-checked my work before moving on to the next step). It looks great on out foyer/hallway near the front door.  The bench is comfortable and at the right height to put on, and take off our boots.  A good find, and a great product.

I would give this zero stars if it would let me. Whoever built this product did a horrible job. The holes do not line up for the shelves to be even and they didn't even make the correct hole on the shelves for the rods to fit into. It's a beautiful piece however you CANNOT use the shelves. Definitely not worth the money.

Horrible item!

Frist, off it arrived a week and a 1/2 later then time given. Second,  when I got the package some of the parts inside were damaged not due to shipping but due to faulty parts. Third, would not buy this item again the shelving did not lineup, was crooked, and poor quality in material.

Cheap quality

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. She is a very busy working mom and each day upon returning home, she drops her purse, diaper bag, and coat on the chair on the right of her entryway. I purchased, readily assembled, and installed this exactly where the â€œcatch allâ€ chair used to sit and it is perfect! Her entryway appearance and purpose has improved greatly! This is a perfect solution!

A Perfect Solution!

It is a very small hall tree compared to the previous products I bought from Bush furniture. Its material and dimensions are produced according to the promotional price. So the discount seems like a promotional tactic.
