The propeller does not stay on. The Sail does not stay on. Tried using it during my child's bath but darn thing does NOT stay together. I even taped the prop to the underside and it does not go anywhere. My kid did like it and push it around like a boat but I returned it because it's not worth the $15+ for a stationary toy.
