Printer's wifi connection can be difficult to set up and maintain.

Can be high-quality, but may be slow and prone to issues.

Ink cartridges need frequent replacements due to small capacity.

A nice lightweight machine, does all of the basics one would expect. Comes with starter ink but there is not a lot so be sure to get yourself some full ink cartridges. It is a little hard to set up for wifi so be sure to download the Canon printer app. Purchased because I am in transition and on temporary living conditions and don't want to spend heaps. Overall, good value for price.

Good value for price. Gets the jobs done.

Works just as advertised. Doesn't "lock up" if you refill your ink cartridges and you don't need a subscription to use it like the HP piece of garbage this replaced.

I like products that are not complicated. This product was easy to setup. I had a little issue with connecting to my wifi, but that probably was just me. Once I figured it out I was good to go.

Printer was easy to install.  Works perfectly.  Note.  Delivery was terrible.  Correct address but person put the box on the street in downtown toronto.  This needs to be fixed and corrected

Canon printer

Everything works perfectly. Sure it's not "high end" but it does the job. I gave 4 stars because they are stingy with the ink, but there was just enough ink to get the job done that I bought the printer for. When something comes through and the price is right, that's always a good thing.

Excellent Printer for the Price

I got this printer for a good price. I haven't had very long so I have very little knowledge at this point. I had a little trouble getting it connected to Wi-Fi but after that, everything was good it's pretty basic but so far it works well.

canon pixma all in one wireless printer

I bought this Canon printer because the reviews were fairly decent, and the price point was amazing ($48). However, I have nothing but problems with it, in that it continuously goes offline and trying to reconnect it is a tedious process that fails constantly. I'm told it's my wifi issue; however, I had an HP Envy prior to this, which was also connected via wifi and never had an issue with it. If it did go offline (on occasion), all I had to do was unplug it, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in and it would reconnect. It's not this simple with Canon.  Such a waste of money.

Constant issues with connecting

I regret purchasing the Canon PIXMA TS3720 WHITE. It has been one of the most frustrating tech products I've ever owned.  

**1. Connectivity Issues:**  
The printer constantly loses connection to Wi-Fi, even when placed close to the router. Reconnecting it is a nightmare, requiring multiple attempts and resets. For a modern printer, this level of unreliability is unacceptable.  

**2. Print Quality and Speed:**  
The print quality is mediocre at best, with colors often appearing dull and text lacking sharpness. The printing speed is agonizingly slow, even for basic documents. Forget about printing anything in bulk; it's just not efficient.  

**3. Ink Consumption:**  
The ink cartridges run out almost instantly. Even with minimal use, I had to replace cartridges after just a handful of prints. The replacement cartridges are expensive, which makes this printer costly to maintain.  

**4. Build Quality:**  
The printer feels cheap and flimsy. The paper tray is poorly designed, often causing jams or misaligned prints. It doesn't feel like a product that will last long.  

**5. Poor Software and App Support:**  
The accompanying software and app are clunky, outdated, and not user-friendly. Scanning via the app often crashes, and the interface lacks intuitive functionality.  

**6. Customer Support:**  
I reached out to Canon's customer support multiple times to resolve these issues, but their responses were generic and unhelpful. They didn't seem interested in solving the problems or offering real solutions.  

**Final Thoughts:**  
I had high hopes for this printer, but it's been nothing but a disappointment. Between the poor performance, high cost of ink, and unreliable connectivity, it's not worth the money or the hassle. I would strongly advise against buying this product. Spend a little more on a printer that's reliable and doesn't waste your time and money.

Unreliable, Costly, and Frustrating – Do Not Buy!

Printed one page then kept saying paper jam. No paper jam at all though. Cleaned the sensor and did troubleshooting steps, no luck. Apparently a common issue. Clerk who I returned it too was understanding, will order a different model soon.
