Fits standard dumbbell handles and plates perfectly.

Can be ergonomic, but may not fit all dumbbell sizes.

Can be smooth and glossy, but may also be rough.

Plates are made with decent material and construction.

Product: Exactly what you'd expect. Small, black, about 1.25 lbs, with a 1" diameter hole in the middle. Perfect for micro-loading.

Price: I searched long and hard for affordable 1.25-plates. Other sites had ones but they were prohibitively expensive.

Shipping: Shipping was free with site-to-store! Awesome.

Overall a great shopping experience and a solid product at a phenomenal price.

I purchased these as extra weights for a recently purchased pair of dumbbells.  The iron plates are good, they do not have a polished look but it did not matter. The plate holes are good and I had no issues inserting onto the bar. The price is excellent too.

Exactly as expected and came quickly. I use with my 1inch barbell and adjustable dumbbells.

Solid weights for a great price

I have been working out with weights all my life.  In my opinion these plates are the best available—barring none.  They are just plain smooth weights, clean and simple, which is all one needs...

These are the Plates to Buy / keep it simple

quality is good for price . I paid around 49 each.  i would buy them again sinse suface of 50 lb plate is not so important . I am gonna start using them in a  6-7 month i guess but since price is very atractive i got them.

1 1/4 pound weights are hard to find in the Standard size plates. The Store-to-Store shipping option made purchase easy and was a lot less expensive than traditional shipping costs.

Great Price for hard to find item.

Despite the similar CAP branding, these do not fit on the ~17" CAP adjustable dumbbell handles that I have. CAP cut those handles at 1.15" rather than 1", likely to force you to use their weight plates. I would have expected these CAP 1.25lb plates to fit, but the hole isn't big enough for the plates to fit over the bar. They're useless for me.

If you're buying these for true 1" dumbbells/barbells, these will work. However, if you're buying these for larger CAP adjustable dumbbell handles, you will probably have the same problem I'm having.

Don't fit on my CAP dumbbells
