Solid bar. My weights fit perfectly. The only drawback is it doesn’t come with clips so you have to buy those separately. Also, it’s best to use with gloves while working out as the grip section is coarser than you think.

Solid bar for your home gym

If I'd run across this bar in the gym, I'd be shocked and pleased. I purchased the 5 ft bar, and being only 5 ft myself it's perfect, and will fit well on my home gym bench! The grip, and markings for hand placement are spot on, as is the chrom finish. Having used Olympic barbells in gyms, this is not that, the sleeves don't rotate, however this barbell's sleeves will get the job done. The bar seems much heavier than as advertised, and the 1 inch spring collars advertised to purchase with are perfect. I've been a Personal Trainer working in gyms, teaching in colleges and at organizations for employee health and wellness for 20 years. This is a great bar. Get your size when they're back in stock. You won't be disappointed.

Barbell Review

this is a amazing choice. perfect for my 1 inch bumper plates. It seems very solid. The weight balance feels nice. And its so cheap. Only had for few days tho so idk long-term would buy again tho so far.

Just as described, arrived ahead of time and well packaged. The bar itself is of very nice quality and worth the price.

Great deal and good quality

It was just what I was looking for. Great price! Just make sure to buy the weight grips as well. Its a good bar.

Weight bar

Exactly what I wanted. Great price and free delivery.

Great bar, good price.

Solid bar the right size and with sufficient weight.

The right one

Seems like a good bar. Fits on my small weight bench. Should be adequate for my bench press and incline press exercises, as well as rowing for back muscles. Fits 1 Inch Cap weight retention clips, not included. 200 lbs limit.

Good Bar

CAP Barbell 1" Standard Weight Lifting Bar, 5' front-facing 5-foot chrome-finish solid steel barbell with diamond knurled hand-grips, smooth ends and 1" sleeves that accommodate Standard plates; 14 lb bar for home gym strength training, suitable for beginners and experienced lifters and often used as an anchor for resistance-band workouts.
