Made with high-quality materials and craftsmanship.

Designed for comfort during exercises like curls and skull crushers.

Can be secure with proper tightening, but may come loose.

I bought this curl bar to help with muscle confusion. It has made a great edition to my fitness goals !

A Great Buy !

walmart.com

I have purchased "CAP" products before from Home Fitness stores and never been dissappointed. HOWEVER, the price was always upwards of $50. Nice profit margin for them I guess. Angles of the bar are great for curls or skull crusher tricep exercises, with little to no wrist or elbow strain.

Excellent price for a solid bar.

Great bar and Inlove the angles. Many grips. Natural for me. Heavy duty. I don't use the collars that come with it. I prefer hand squeeze clip retainers. Can't go wrong will last forever!

Great Bar!

Makes arm curls less stressful on wrists. I haven't used all the different positions yet, (That's what she said), but am already impressed

Have used it everyday since purchased

Searched for this exact item everywhere and could not find a better deal. Two bars for the price of half of one.....you.cant go wrong.

Best deal anywhere for this item!

strudy, good condition. would recommend it to others. Not the black one . The silver is best, 1 rod.

great equipment

For the money this is a great bar. However, it is only $45.00, so it is not a high end bar. For example, the bolts that tighten the collars are not centered on the collar. It doesn't effect the performance, just an indication that the workmanship was a bit shoddy. The paint on the ends where the plates slide onto were scratched up right out of the box. But most concerning was the RAZOR BLADE that was loose inside the shipping box! As I tipped the box on end and slid the collars out, this little gem (see pic) landed on my hand! Thankfully it did not cut me! Can anyone say, "lawsuit waiting to happen?!" So, go ahead and buy the bar, just be careful unboxing it.

NIce bar ... with a little danger lurking inside!

For just over $30 this curl bar is worth it. I use it for tricep/bicep workouts and it is easier on my wrists compared to using a straight bar. And plus, now I can set my straight bar up for bench press and I don't have to keep switching out weights. This is not the absolute best curl bar, but for the money, it is well worth it.

Good Curl Bar for the money

The bar squeaks so badly that I feel I need headphones on to keep from damaging my ears. I had to squirt oil into the ends and that reduced the squeaking about 70%. It is very irritating.
Not really happy with Wal-mart and FedEx tracking....was not accurate..

Curl bar

This bar is definitely a curl bar problem is its so bent that you can't really do proper curls without it hurting your wrists and forget doing skull crushers cause you won't have proper former or you'll just hurt yourself. This bar is getting returned.

Curl bar is right.
