The CAP Barbell 6-Foot Solid Olympic Bar is constructed of solid cold rolled steel with a black powder coated finish and is built for balance and long-lasting performance. The bar?s compact design, measuring 1825mm in length, allows it to fit in any home or garage gym. Featuring medium-depth knurling, a 28mm handgrip diameter, and rotating sleeves with bushings, this bar offers a secure, non-slip grip and reduces pressure on the wrists and forearms when going heavy. The sleeves measure 11.5-inches in length, providing ample room to fit your Olympic weights with a 2-inch center hole on the bar. The shaft of this bar measures 45.75-inches between the sleeves (so be sure to measure your equipment to ensure the bar will fit prior to purchasing). The bar is made with 63,800 PSI tensile strength steel. Bar weighs approximately 28 pounds. 30-day manufacturer?s warranty. This came in a cardboard tube, sealed at both ends, with a plastic sleeve to protect it.  Not a scratch or flaw, shiny and black, very happy with my purchase, and great price.

Perfect for most squat racks

Bar is good quality. Mentioned a broken end cap. After closer inspection, the  broken end cap is only protection packaging for the end of the bar.

Second look at the product

Bar has a lot of secrets and it's not good for new item. But I okay with that because it not for shows - it's for work....

The plastic inserts broke in shipping.. not sure if that's a bad thing but. Not a grat sign when unboxing.

The metal parts are good.

Cheap and rickety and was coming out of packaging so was dinged. Except the made n chna sticker. That wasn’t shiny

Don’t buy

Arrived in a package that was too small for it, so the collar and sleeve on one side are banged up and have the paint coming off. It's still usable, but one side looks like it's been used for years now while the other side looks brand new.

Will update if the seller decides to make it right.

Buy another brand

Dented, scuffed up and sounds like Metal Shavings are in it when I spin the ends.
