We purchased this product to cover our entire home gym floor about a 22' x 24' room. Works great, easy installation, looks great. You can buy the same mats at Dicks Sporting or Sears but you 'll pay about $20 to $40 dollars more. We had it shipped to our home, fast and with no damage. Buy this product, it 's worth it.

Fitness flooring

For the price, they are really good gym mats. Comfortable to walk on and strong enough to hold heavy equipments.

Good Gym flooring

We have no issues with it. It doesn't have a chemical smell out of the package. It fits together well and stays together. It provides a good amount of cushion, in fact better than I anticipated. We will probably be purchasing more to expand our "exercise" area.

It's great so far.

I bought this mat to protect a hardwood floor from weights and kettlebells and so far so good. The only slight drawback is that vigorous movement (squat thrusts for example) tends to separate the pieces of matting but these are easily put back in place.

Happy with purchase

I bought this to ease the strain on my knees when doing cardio. The pads have worked great so far. My only complaint is that a couple of joints do not lock in perfectly. I am going to get some carpet tape to hold them together. The pad also slides around on my concrete floor but that is not a defect it is just the way the product is made.

Good product nice thickness

I put this in my work shop its soft to walk on. (My feet hurt after being on them all day so this helps out) gets me off the cold concrete. I would not use this to park my car or motorcycles on. its great for workout rooms and work shops not Garages were you will be parking on. (I did my entire tool room 200 SQ Feet)

I like it

Mat has a great feeling, protects the floor well, and was fun to put together.  Only draw back (and more me and my math skills than the description) is that 24sqft isn't very big.  The good thing is that you can put a number of them together, to make whatever size you need.

CAP Workout Mat

2 mats have a different shade of grey. 2 of the side pieces were not cut properly and wouldn't sit nicely when put together. I had to cut off some material to make them fit. 
After a month, some of the mats have changed shape and barely interlink with the other mats.
They're good mats if you don't care about the cons.

Not the greatest. But they do their job

The tile is light weight. I had to trim almost the entire lot so it would link together. Also some of the tile's designs were cut crooked. I looked at a variety of different floor covering for my workout room. I decided to buy this product because was cheap compared to other tile of the same thickness and it had good reviews. I would recommend this product but in saying so remember you get what you pay for.
