The CAP Barbell Classic 7-Foot Olympic Bar is designed. The medium-depth knurling and 30mm handgrip diameter ensures a tight, non-slip grip when lifting, while the sleeves swivel to reduce pressure on the forearms and to prevent the bar from warping. Made with cold rolled steel for durable performance, this bar features a strength steel. So far the barbell is working good for me and had a great price point compared to other brands.

Good basic barbell

came just as listed no problems packaging a little wonky but that was ok no dings knicks works well in our home gym well worth the price.

I order the 7' barbell and just received it. Packaging was fine. On the description it says that it is a 20kg barbell but I ended up receiving a 16.5kg barbell of the same size. Kind of disappointing buying something with a poor description. Barbell is nice but I don't recommend if you plan on receiving a 20kg barbell.

Not as described. But it works

Not a quality bar. The bearings don't provide a smooth rotation, and there is some wiggle. The black paint was chipped upon delivery. Biggest downside to the bar is the knurling, or lack of. The knurling ridges are very shallow, making the bar too smooth for gripping. And the black paint fills in the knurling ridges even more. I don't expect to get a long life out if this bar, but there isn't much available to purchase online or in-store. Its a budget bar. I'll use it until it breaks (assume the bearings will be first), then upgrade to a better bar.

Shallow knurling for poor grip.

You get what you pay for… only 16kg 36 lbs… so not an Olympic bar.  Measurements were not accurate.  This thing was painted and has no grip, actually is slick and in useable as a barbell.  Do not purchase and invest in a better barbell if you are looking to workout.
