I ordered three sets of eight five pound weights and two came in I had to get a refund on the third. Watch your sellers and read reviews! Overall I'm happy and I'd like to order again. None of the weights were chipped or damaged. One shipping box was but weights were fine. Good construction.

Good weights

I really like these weights for my adjustable dumbbells. They are good for what it's worth and do the job. Slowly building my home gym!

Recommend

Purchased the cap barbell 25lb. weights to accommodate my newly purchased "Caldwell lead sled plus" rifle recoil rack used to sight in a rifle. The weights are exactly as shown on the Wal-Mart web site. The diameter and thickness fit perfectly with the lead sled weight tray. I have utilized the "ship to store" feature several times and have been very pleased with the convenience and quickness of delivery of my orders. It's very convenient to shop on line and know you can receive any item Wal-Mart offers in their vast inventory of products. I'm sure I saved a bundle having a 50lb. box of weights shipped to the store for pick up.

Meets my particular need

These 10lb weight plates are efficient and great for the price.  These were bought as spare weights to have on hand.  They are very well made and solid.  They appear they will last a very long time without having to worry about any degrading happening.

Efficient and Cheap!

These weights are as described, work well with 1" center bars, a tight fit.  Shipping was expedited via FEDEX and not UPS, which I have had issues with.  Would recommend this produce to anyone interested in starting a home fitness program.   

Just keep in mind of the weight limits of your bench and your bar.  I purchased 4 - 25 lb plates, 4 - 10 lb plates, 2 - 5 lb plates,  and a 6 ft bar - 15 lbs.   This was a limiting factor in the weights that I purchased, because my bench is the Golds 6.1.   Max 110 lbs for the bar rests. 50 lbs for the leg attachment.  The max for the bar was not an issue, just the weight of the bar had to be included in the max for the rests.  All in all, what I have will serve well for home fitness for weight loss, toning, and sculpting.  

If you are interested in building mass and /or strength training, join and use a gym.  They have the equipment, which saves you $$$ in the long run, considering the frequency that one trains for this goal.

I was not able to purchase the Preacher  Curl Attachment, though I tried to find via walmart.com.

Very Happy with Produce

This product was inexpensive and fit my needs perfectly. I wish I knew more about the proposition 65 warning. That is unsettling to me but I bought the product anyway.

Great product, troublesome warnings

They're cast iron weights, not much to explain really. They are what they are and perform their job. The design of the plates gives them handles that make them easier to lug around, and allows them to work as makeshift dumbbells by themselves. it's not a big deal, but a nice touch. The price per pound is pretty good, except the 10 lbs plates which are, weirdly, significantly more expensive than other sizes, which is why I opted not to get any 10 lbs. plates.

Good value

i bought eight of these plates and only two actually fit a 1" barbell. they are so unevenly and improperly bored that the lumpy defects prevent the plate from sliding onto the bar. ridiculous how unusable most of these are.

horrible quality,  6 out of 8 purchased useless

I made this purchase in August for the same exact 5lb plate. I came on here to buy 2 more and was shocked at the 50% price hike. Photos attached. Probably a gimic to lower prices down to MSRP during Black Friday. Not cool. Prices better be real good less than MSRP for me to buy again when they do eventually go back on sale.
