super sturdy

Real sturdy and perfect for my garage gym. Was easy to put together.

After about 20 years of lifting in and out of the gym, this is my third home bench and I estimate this is the right product for 90%  of the market.   I was going to purchase one of the heavy competition benches for triple the price, but this has several benefits over them.  In order of importance to me:

1. Others in your household will be able to move it easily.  May even come in handy outside of your gym.
2. The four feet make this more versatile than the tripod style competition benches, which are less stable on the foot end.
3. The weight capacity is well beyond what most home gyms require.
4. Value is excellent compared to both the pro-level 3x3 competition benches and the economical 2x2 benches at nearly the same price. 
5. It will nicely compliment your other bench. You know who you are.

 If you regularly bench 315  without a spotter for reps, get that 60lbs 3x3 bench you were considering.  Everyone else, just buy this.

Do it.

Super stable structure and low to the ground. Perfect for my short stature so i can anchor my feet  and isolate my upper body better for bench press. Fit and finish is IMO excellent for the price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a comfortable bench as advertised but has two flaws:
1- it's too late, which means that sometimes the bench moves while you're exercising
2- it doesn't have any padding underneath, so the metal bottom harms your flooring

overall acceptable but needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this but it slides around the ground like crazy, needs rubber feet tips or something. Might be fine for arm exercises but does not work for doing hip thrusts or other leg work outs.
