This product is as described.  I have used it and am pleased with it.  It is a good product for a good price.

I bought this several years ago and have said it was the best $18 I ever spent.  I dropped it and dislocated the blade device which I have not been able to repair.  If I can get it fixed I will keep on using it. If I have to buy a new one, this one will be it.

Bought as a gift.    I have a similar model of the same brand which I've used for 17 years.  It still performs perfectly and is virtually indestructible!  I will always suggest this product to others needing a paper cutter.
