I purchased four of these batteries to replace those in my kids scooters. Checked charge on all 4 and they each measured full on my battery charger.  The scooters ran for only a very short time before they were exhaused which was on par with the bad 11 volt batteries I replaced. These are Sub standard batteries. Don't be lured by the cheep price!
