Works Great! 
Thanks to COVID I'm now on a computer 8hrs/day and developed carpal tunnel within 2 months of the change in work.  This mouse keeps the wrist in a neutral position - helped get rid of carpal tunnel symptoms. Works very well on various surfaces without a mouse pad, but would pair well with padded mouse pad for relief of wrist pressure.
This is the second one I've purchased because of cost, function, benefit. 
Less expensive than other ergonomic mouses.
