What a wonderful steamer. The quality is excellent.. It works so well immediately out of the box. The steam force is amazing and the wrinkles do come out. It has a much larger water capacity, which is really very nice, you are not constantly having to refill it.  This is an amazing product. I tried a $75 Rowenta first. MY MISTAKE. I should've read the reviews and I didn't. !!  It did not work at all.   A total waste of money and a product that should NOT EVEN BE SOLD.  I returned it immediately!!  .   THIS  CHI  STEAMER IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.  VERY WORTH THE MONEY.  I highly recommend anybody buying it.

Chi Steamer

Handsome handheld steamer. Honestly, however, I was expecting a little more for the price paid. It's better than my previous one by a long shot. But there still has to be one out there that will get wrinkles out and just one or two passes. Maybe I'm expecting too much. It I is a great product overall…again, well made and sturdy however, it does take quite a few passes to get wrinkles out and I'm talking specifically about cotton fabric.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use, gets the wrinkles out like ironing but easier and quicker. A bit heavy so you have to rest occasionally. Water lasts for about three shirts so you shouldn't let your shirts or pants accumulate.

Worth It, Saves Time

It did perform well for taking wrinkles out of clothing. however i wanted something for curtains and shower curtains. It was bulky and no power off switch. you have to unplug it to get it to turn off. Surprisingly it did not leak and the water did last awhile. but I am returning it.

The steamer didn't work from the get go. It warmed up but never produced steam.  … In order to return the defective steamer I have to drive over an hour literally to the next state over. There's a reason I purchased it online. Don't waste your money!
