This is our 3rd Chi iron. My husband wont use any other brand. I ordered a different model of this brand but had to send back for this one. IDK something about the steam holes and the weight. This seems to be the go-to for him. (He irons nightly so I leave these decisions up to him :)

Fast heating, light weight with a very narrow point.  Quite useful when ironing seams on quilting projects   Have not used the steam feature as I spray my projects with water or starch, but I'm sure steam will work as well as everything else.  Cord is long and swivels

Easy to use

Never heard of this brand but it was highly rated on various websites. Price was more than I wanted spend but I need a very hot steam iron that doesn't leak and has a longer automatic shut off time than my previous irons. So far this iron has met my expectations and is worth the price. I've owned this Chi for less than 2 months, use it at least 4 days/week and hope it will last much longer than my last 2 irons, Rowentas that failed in under 3 yrs of use.

I had a Chi iron and it quit on me after aprox 4 yrs :-(  then I really missed it so I order the retracible cord  13102 model and did not like that model compared to my older model of 13101. it is also too heavy!  plus problems right away. It started giving me problems right away, the heat didn't stay to right temp then it started making a pop sound so I called the company and they said to return it, this is not normal. I then had the same problem, I needed a quality iron.
I ordered this model 13104 and I love it, it is not as heavy as the 13102 and keeps it's temp so again, I am very happy :-)  I even got it is less then 24 hrs via house delivery   thank you walmart :-)

Great iron. Hope it doesn't spit water. Haven't had it long enough to know whether it will or not. Otherwise really great iron. Just wish it gave a signal when it's heated and ready to iron

Great iron

I was able to use this iron at a recent quilt retreat, and I was so impressed with how well it worked that I ordered one right away to be sent to my home. A couple other quilters also purchased this iron.

So impressed with this iron!

Love the color and the sleek design of this iron. It is lighter in weight than my previous iron, which I had for 20 years. I hope this one will last as long. 
I love all of the steam vent holes. It made ironing out the wrinkles in my basket of laundry easier.
My only issue is the placement of the cord. It is annoying, for my wrist/arm bumps against it while ironing. It does rotate a little but, doesn't lower enough for me. I wish the cord was placed closer to the bae and not on top of the iron.

Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previously owned a chi iron and it lasted about 6 yrs…so I wanted the same one.  I purchased one as a gift during Christmas this past year and we bought it for $49 and now it was $63

The iron I received appeared to be used. There was a black spot on the teflon plate  with white residue that appears to be from ironing spray several place on the iron top and plate.  I returned it. I purchased a new Chi iron and it is in new condition and works well

Stop selling used items.

Not worth the money. Replaced a thirty year old iron and I think my original was better. It seems to
Stick to the clothes which makes it even harder to iron. Stick with a cheap iron if your intention is to just iron.
