We have really bad rust %26 calcium in our water. My husband's shower looked like something out of a horror movie before he cleaned it with this product. Note that it's not a 'spray %26 whip clean' product. I have not found one that works like that - and I've tried plenty.  My husband had to apply some good old-fashioned manpower to remove all the rust.

Tip: After you get your tub, sink, shower, etc. free of ick, be sure to wipe up the water after you take a bath, a shower or wash dishes in the sink. That will assist in less build-up in the future.

I have never found a rust, calcium, lime remover that smells delicious - and you want to be very careful when using. Be sure to protect your eyes and nose when using as well as keeping your mouth closed while you are working with this product.

Effective But Required Scrubbing

I live in a older house with tile shower and my tile is brown that turns white from calcium I couldn't clean off. this spray is amazing. I applied let sit for 5 mins came back and used a hand scrubber after re applying. holy cow I glad someone had told me about this spray sooner. my shower is finally new looking again and looks fantastic again. this removed my calcium and soap scum buildup 100%

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how well this worked on the old toilets in our house! They've been stained in certain spots since we bought the home, and two rounds of this finally got them clean

Living rural we have hard water from our well even though we have a water softener occasionally, the water softener needs cleaning and you'll notice a buildup of rust in the shower, sinks, and toilets. 
First love the spray options on the bottle you have a mist for close-up jobs , the stream for reaching the shower walls so you don't have to put your head in the shower, breathing the fumes. The smell is pretty strong, I advised people to cover their mouth with a clean cloth or mask, do not breathe the fumes and have your windows open, some sort of ventilation. 
It did an excellent job without scrubbing! I sprayed our white shower let it set for 15 minutes, rinsed it off, repeated it looks very good. My Husband's bathroom has a white porcelain pedestal sink, 28 years old , made the sink look awesome again no scrubbing. Used on the white toilet in my husband's bathroom. It looks brand new.. finally a product that works without scrubbing, only negative is the smell is strong.

Works awesome no scrubbing

I have been using CLR for many many years and when it comes to stains, that's the go to product. It's awesome and to be honest with you when I saw it on your website. I was very excited because I hadn't seen this product in stores for a long time. It's definitely a hidden gem product that works.

CLR it works

The toilet had a substantial build-up of some brownish substance that was not human waste. It was unsightly. Scrubbing the bottom the bowl didn't reduce the amount of the build-up. But, after sponging out the bowl so that it was virtually dry, I poured CLR into the bowl and let it sit there for a few hours. Upon the subsequent flush, some of the build-up went away. I took 3 additional treatments, but, all of the brownish build-up was removed, and the toilet was as good as new. So, I now keep some of it handy.

I don't know if it exists but I wish they had a thicker version for tougher stains and that would help with splatter and I wish the top part was a little more curved so as you're pouring it's less likely to Splatter but I use it for my washing machine dishwasher and I also wish they would create pods but overall A  product

It gets off surface level hard water stains but I recently moved into my new home that has VERY hard water build up and this didn't seem to help much. It got the top layer of build up off but the layers were thick and no amount of spray, letting sit, and scrubbing got it off.

Works at a surface level

I have previously purchased this item in the bottle with the screw top, but it was not an item available for purchase at my location. So, I opted for the spray bottle. I needed to clean a glass jar with water stains and calcium deposits. I first tried spraying, but it just wasn't enough. In the other bottle, there are instructions on the back where you can dilute with water and soak an item. Those instructions are not on the spray bottle, nor can you remove the spray top to use it in such a manner. I have squeezed the spray trigger hundreds of times trying to get enough and it just doesn't work. The water stains and calcium deposits on the jar aren't even that tough, so do not buy this if you need the least bit of strength to remove your stains or minerals.

Not a Fan of Spray, Top Won't Remove

Had to clean the inside of an old toilet and was recommended to get this. It worked to some degree as it did get a layer of stain off of it, but did it really get it clean, no. At the end of the day I still did have a layer of hard water stain. Will try my luck with something different on the next attempt.

Toilet hard water stain

Not what it once was.As with other products in this inflationary period the company has chosen to weaken their product.It once was thick and would cling to the sides of the bowl and you could let it sit for a few moments then brush and flush %26 then you had a clean toilet bowl.Not now it is like water will not cling to the sides of the bowl it runs off like water in fact it is as thin as water it looks like water and I suspect it is mostly water.It does not clean as it once did.When will these companies learn the American public is not stupid and we will not forget. Why should we pay more for a cheaper product.As with all my product review's they are my opinion and you should do your own research what works or does not work for me may be ok for you. Having said that I think I have been fair and correct in my review of this product.
