I cannot say Christmas gift happy holidays

Its almost top heavy with a too little spout. Fits poorly on charger.

After waiting almost 2 weeks(despite the 2 day delivery advertised), for it be delivered, I finally got it tonight, and it doesn't even work out of the box. Switch does not work, as you can see from picture, it doesn't light up or heat up... Save yourself the aggravation of no tracking, sub par customer service, and a non working product and skip this.
