[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact you can turn off the noise.  The first thing I did was to turn off the beeper.  The second was to program two of the personal settings.  It's great.  Perfect for our needs.

It heats ok.  Prefer the open and close latch on old microwave.  There was a bar near the bottom of the microwave  that I just pushed on to open microwave as opposed to a button to push near the top.  Easier  navigate and felt more sturdy.  Bar as opposed to button.

Also, I prefer a microwave with a pull handle.  Returned this option and purchased a Comfee 900 watt microwave, which we are pleased  with.

Don't waste your money! I was super excited about the "silent" feature. But, when it arrived...it was smaller than I expected (can't even fit a large plate in without tilting it), you have to pull hard on handle to open (no release button), and any time you just want to use seconds instead of minutes, you have to press "Cook time" 1st. Just not what I was expecting.

Definitely NOT worth $83!!
