I've been using this office chair for a few days now, and it has been a solid upgrade for my home office. The high back design and lumbar support make a big difference during long workdays, especially for my lower back. It feels sturdy and well built, and the 500 lb weight capacity gives it a very stable, durable feel. The chair is easy to adjust, height, tilt, and back support all move smoothly, so it's simple to find a comfortable position. Great chair for comfort and support

* Sturdy Metal Construction where it is expected; Extra thick plastic where the plastic goes.
* 5 wide profile metal pronged wheel base; sturdy-smooth rolling wheels; well-balanced in all reclining positions; you'd have to try really really hard to tip it over.
* 3 hard-set recline positions; Spring release recline mechanism (so you don't get thwacked); it doesn't recline to a full lying position, but it reclines far enough where you could fall asleep if using an external foot rest. The full upright is fully upright with no wiggle. Yes!!!
* relatively deep seat; seat is wide enough for a decent manspread, especially since the arms can actually be adjusted outward rather than the static squeeze on the thighs;
*noticeably more gas pressure in the cylinder makes it sturdier;
*mesh back will enhance breathability; lumbar support is adequate (probably) for most people

better than expected

I have been sitting on this chair for about two months now since I bought it and all I can say is that I am in love with its sturdy material and ergonomic quality. I no longer have back problems and it has leveled up my study session. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This chair is heavy. It was easy to put together, but it was missing one screw. Even though they give you a few extra screws, the one missing was not among them. Overall, I am pleased with it. The only things that I don't care for is the Lumbar Support, and the Swiveling Arm supports, but that is a personal problem. You may like them.

Heavy and of good quality

It gets the job done, but it's not that comfortable. The least comfortable part is the seat cushion, which has ridges in the fabric that are rough on your skin. I usually but a blanket on the chair to help with this. Also,  a huge thing about the seat is you can feel the base of the chair popping through the cushion, like a large round bump. Pretty low quality.

It's not worth the money

It's not very comfortable. It looks comfortable but it's not. Though if you were just going to usd it for an hour or so it's ok. Not for a full time job. I returned it.
