Got this chair for my home office, and it's been great so far. The leather feels nice and smooth, not cheap at all. The seat and back are thick and comfy, and the support is solid even after sitting for hours. Assembly was easy — did it myself in about 15 minutes. Overall, really good value for the price.

3 Stars, and yet I recommend it??? Why yes, and here is when I think it is a good chair.  
If you have a sub 200 lb, sub 5 feet 10 inch tall body, and you need a lower back chair that you can spend 3 to 4 hours at a time in.  This chair covers you nicely under those circumstances.
Now I'm a big old farmboy who's over 6 feet and hasn't seen 200 lbs since the 90s, and i still can pull a few hours in it.
The back is too low, and when I recline, the chair feels like the right side of the back is further back than the left. So it feels like it's slowly trying to dump me out backwards on my right shoulder. There is no back adjustment, it attaches via the arms, and it's crooked, so that is probably what that feeling is.
The building is just like all the others, handful of screws, included allen wrench, and away you go. Most of us can build these blindfolded at this point.  
Watch the arrow stickers, mine ended up pointing TOWARD each other instead of both pointing towards the front. *When building, set the seat mount/lever so the lever will be under your right side*
The hydraulic cylinder is fine, plenty strong, base is good, arms are soft, it's a nice chair, but I would put money on this thing flying apart like a cartoon explosion under a 400lb load.

Good chair for half the advertised weight capacity

This chair is wide and adjustable, which would be perfect for my home office. I needed the armrests and headrest, but unfortunately, I purchased something too affordable, and it has proven to be a safety hazard. I did not expect to fall out of the chair. It is very lightweight and not very breathable; my bottom sticks to the chair. I had to put carpet in my office to prevent constant sliding, even with my feet on the ground. I didn't give a very low rating because, considering the price, there are some issues, but I am not happy with the purchase.

Possible safety hazard

I DO NOT recommend this chair.

Contrary to the product page listing, it it NOT a "Big and Tall" Office Chair. 1. It is NOT for big people since it only fits average-sized adults (I am 5' 9", 200 lbs.). 2. It is also NOT a "Tall" chair (the backrest is only 21" tall), and what looks like a headrest in the photos actually hits you on your back right at shoulder blade level. 3.  Lastly, it does NOT have a wide seat (at just 19" wide, it's quite narrow). 

The seat padding is also quite thin, flattens out quite a bit and isn't very comfortable to sit on for any length of time. It's certainly not suitable for an office chair but might be okay for a home desk chair, used for short periods of time. It's definitely not good for gaming.

Mine also arrived with two small 1/3" to 1/2" cuts in the top rear of the backrest. They're not very visible, being on the back side of the upper backrest, but this defect should have been caught in pre-packing inspection.

NOT as advertised!

Loved the chair. It was very comfortable. Loved the option of raising the arm rest or having them down. Great back support. But the seat broke within 8 weeks. Very disappointing.

When you push yourself to the Back it does not hold your back  it keeps falling to the Bcak  the part of where you sit and the back part it does not make a 90 Degree  if you pust your self to the back it keeps falling to the back  90   100   120 130 140  150 degree  it is very unconfotable
 IT DOES NOT HOLD YOUR BACK FROM MOVING TO THE BACK 

BVERY BAD POOR QUALITY

This chair is NOT a good purchase choice for ACTUAL big and tall users. The back of the chair's height is too short for one. The column /cylinder shaft broke within the first 90 days of purchase with regular daily use  when the user went to adjust the chair's height using the lever as usual.  The individual that was using it for a home office daily, weighs just under ~300 lbs and so the weight limit of 400 lbs is not likely accurate. I wish these manufacturers would build stuff that actually lasts nowadays instead of junk that we (the consumers) have to self-assemble and are way, way overcharged for -- just based on that aspect alone. It is annoying to consumers when they spend hard earned money on items that obviously have been manufactured poorly, via a planned obsolescence approach, which may garner short term profit gains, but eventually, people will stop buying your product, and sales will decline, so how is that even a sustainable business practice?

Lasted less than 90 days - poor quality

This is advertised as a high back chair. It is not. Not even close. I am 5'10" The back is about at shoulder blade level. The retail price of $169 then a sale of $69 is click bait. This would not be bad for a child as a "high back" chair. In no way is this executive or high back. 

I cannot believe the reviews at all. Wondering if reviews were "padded."

Again. OK for a child or an adult that does not want to have full back support. Still cheap quality and again, not even close to being worth $169.

Thought it was a good price but one od the back screw inserts was in the wrong position which made the back very slanted and very noticable it also had a bad uphostery job at that spot where the vynal was very wrinkles ...I would have returned but had assembled and I trird 2x to make the back appear straight to no avail..... So Coolhut is not very cool...cheap labor lol

The description is such a load of bologna. I replaced a normal office chair with this one, expecting it to be the same size or bigger, but this thing is tiny! On what planet is this “big and tall” and “wide”? Not this planet, and definitely not in this country. This chair would be big and tall for ants perhaps. I would've returned it but it was too much of a hassle and it does function as a chair. So there's that at least. But honestly if you are big and/or tall do not buy this. I had my son who is 5'1” sit in this and the top of the chair goes to the top of his back. There is no support for your head at all. It's ridiculous. The photo (and description) makes it seem like it's MUCH larger than it is. Totally waste of time and effort putting this together.
