It stays put well even with water, although not watertight. Thicker than equate one. However, the sizes they come in are not large. It's more like xtra-small, small, and medium.

Decent enough for the price

These little stickers are a game changer! I've spent thousands on dermatology and acne products over the years, but these patches are now the only thing I use. I'm not the only one - due to a huge increase in “maskne”, they are very hard to find. Stock up if you find them!

I love these pimple patches, I think they work the best.  I use to get them off of Amazon but now I think the person who sells them have fake ones. These feel more thick and stick longer.

These do the job of pulling out yucky pus from a small open sore, or pimple or a non-healing imperfection.   The longer you leave it in place, at least 10 hours, the more pus is pulled out.  The area must be open, draining,  in order to work.    I've put them on my face and they are hard to detect.  If you place them on a 'busy' area of your body, you may want to cover with a bandaid so they won't be pulled off accidentally.   Works wonders.  Don't be afraid to repeat the process until no more pus comes out.

Good for your skin.

Takes the “swelling” down from any breakouts while you sleep. Plus you can put makeup over top and wear them during the day if needed

i didnt know if these would work, but i wore them overnight and when i woke up i saw the white/yellow rose to the top which is what's supposed to happen!

I like these but why does Walmart only sell those with one sheet of patches per pack? It's so wasteful to order multiple that way.

OK but no bulk pack

If you have sensitive skin these patches are really good and dont dry your skin or hurt. However, I don't know if this is how all acne patches are but I was under the impression that it would take All the gunk out of the pimple and it look like you didnt have a pimple there. But it leaves a scar as if I popped it. So not really worth using the patches. 
Another thing, they are really small for the packaging. Keep that in mind.

It's okay

Mask does not prevent zits or make them leave quicker. This literally acts as a small bandaid that covers the zit .
