This is a great eyeliner. I love the dee black color, and you can easily control how thin or thick it is based on the pressure you use when applying. I do not regularly wear eyeliner, and I felt as though it was really easy to apply. It does take a makeup remover to take off easier, it appears waterproof.  It really lasts!

This is the only liquid eyeliner I have ever had success with. I'm not very good at applying makeup though. This eyeliner does wipe away fairly easily so it's easy to fix mistakes.

This is a solid eyeliner for everyday use. I really like how comfortable the pen is to hold; it makes application very steady. The formula dries down quickly and doesn't smudge easily. While the tip is great for precision, it does take a little practice to get used to the shape. Overall, it offers great value and uniform color payoff.

Love this product because of the paddle to fine tip feature. Unfortunately, I think CoverGirl may have discontinued it as I can't find it in stores anymore.

COVERGIRL Intensify Me! Eyeliner Sapphire 315

I ordered this item because the one i was using dried out when the cap wasn't placed correctly. i was browsing Ibotta for coupons and stumbled upon this brand and ordered it. The ink in the pen is fine when i tested it on the back of my hand but I've tried using it several times and it is hard to draw the line. you have to press fairly hard to make the ink come out and obviously you don't want to press hard on your eye area. once again, I tried applying it on the back of my hand and the ink wouldn't come out without applying pressure to the pen.

Never purchasing again

The product packaging was opened upon delivery. The product was clearly used, it has the wrong color cap( black not brown like shown in the picture). Will return to the store. Don't order from Walmarts third party suppliers.

TERRIBLE

Please bring back the exact line, I hate the paddle shape! It smears too easily, it's hard to get off, and I have raccoon eyes! I've used covergirl for years, not sure why you changed it, but I'm currently looking for another brand.

I used only the Intensify Me paddle tip eyeliner, absolutely loved it! I was so disappointed in the change to the fine tip but gave it a try anyway, and I hate it. Like other reviews, it was dried out right out of the package and does not have the control the paddle tip provided. I am on the search for a different brand with similar tip.

I want the paddle applicator back!  Loved it!
After looking for and trying so many different liners I finally found one I loved. Went on great... didn't smear and you stopped making it.

Tried the micro liner and it's not the same!
So again I'm back to searching.

Your perfect point smears terribly and I'm allergic to something with the ink it liner!!

Just not good!

I complained a month ago about this same problem.  I DO place powder on my upper lid first and this doesn't help.  Over just a few hours the line from the upper eye is all smudged and it still feels sticky.  This may just be my skin oil type, but I've purchased a new product from your competitor and will never buy covergirl eye liner again.
