Based on my comparison, it was the cheapest bundle and most verity of colors.  I really like that it is packaged in small amounts so it can be used throughout craft times with my toddler.  Its soft and easy on the hands.  My toddler like playing with it so it was no brainer for me.  I also thought this is one of the party favors I would use for his parties.

May get another pack!
