I am loving this new toaster!  It works wonderfully and I love that I can take a bagel from the freezer and it heats thoroughly and toasts without burning.  The warming tray does a great job of keeping our toast warm while waiting for others to cook.  The slot size is perfect for bagels and more!

I chose this toaster for the color. Just matches my newly remodeled kitchen. Also it has the slot code cover! What an ingenious idea! I never knew I wanted one. Hope this toaster will last many years

Beautifully designed and perfect color toaster

Great value ! Works great! 
The additional parts really help with warming up your bread without toasting it. 

Only improvement I would make is with the door underneath opening it does not remove all the crumbs that are left inside.

Beautiful and high value

First off let me say the visual alone on this toaster is wonderful. I loved the retro feel and it really filled me with whimsy and nostalgia when I used it. The features were easy to use and even though I did, I feel like I could have worked it right out of the box without hesitation. I tried a variety of breads and was pleasantly surprised by all that they toasted perfectly even and the warmer was great for making batches but ensuring that everyone had a warm piece. The crumb tray slid out with ease and was super easy to clean. I would rate this toaster a 10 out of 10 due to there is not one thing I would change or have difficulty using. Also it exceeds my expectations by having the warming feature and the cover for when not in use. In the future I can confidently say that I will seek out Crownful Products because of the quality.

Fun and useful!

This toaster is a great addition to our kitchen.  The styling has a very retro design.  The settings on it are clearly marked and it provides many useful functions such as a 1 side bagel toasting, defrost followed by toast function, as well as a toast re-heat function for previously toasted items which have cooled off.  Another great function is the high lift, for smaller items which can sometimes be hard to remove. 
The raised grate is also available to position items directly over the toaster for other warming of delicate items such as crossaints.

Luv the color(green) and the retro style, HOWEVER it doesn't work! The lever does not stay down when I attempt to use it. Going to return it to my local Walmart, but am considering reordering because it's so darned cute
