I LOVE this ITEM ... it is my LIFESAVER  ! ! All I do is full-up my 2 LITER or 1 QT Bottle with WATER and forget about WATERING the PLANTS.  I had this product many years ago BUT do not know what I did with them ( because of the MULTIPLE MOVES ) and was SURCHARGING HIGH and LOW for this ITEM.  I am so HAPPY that I have found them again; I am including pictures as well to show the BOTTLE sizes and how it should BE USED.  If you can not see the picture clearly ! The BOTTLE should be PUT in the GROUND on a SLANT always no matter what size bottle you are using.

I LOVE this ITEM .... it is my LIFESAVER .... I had these ITEM many years ago BUT had moved so much that I did not know what I had done with them and was SURCHARGING HIGH and LOW for them in the stores, I am so HAPPY that I have finally found them ! ! ! ALL you do is to USE a 2 LITTER  or 1 QT BOTTLE and FILL it up with water then SCREW the ORANGE UNIT of the BOTTLE and put it in the POT or GROUND and FORGET ABOUT IT util the bottle is EMPTY.  I am using the 2 LITTER BOTTLE; I and submitting 2 pictures BUT if it is not VISIBLE always put the BOTTLE on a SLANT
