Ease Of Use

Size

Simple to operate with easy-to-understand features.

Can be unclear, but often easy to follow.

Perfect size for my family of 4. Easy to use and cook fast! I love the function for porridge , it really helps a lot when I got sick as a Chinese family. I suggest to add a bit more water for rice cooking if you like softer rice.

Awesome rice cooker

walmart.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rice cooker is unreal. I had never used one before. You talk about easy and unreal soft rice, Wow! Note: low sodium chicken broth, NEVER water. Once cooked, a gob (1-2 T) real Irish butter of butter, a shake of garlic powder, your favorite BBQ seasoning, pepper seeds. You're welcome!

What a cooker!

cuckooamerica

Best thing I've ever bought! It makes the best rice and so easy to clean.

Great product. Works very well as per product description

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a fool to not buy one earlier in life. Perfect white rice. Perfect brown rice. Perfect quinoa. Perfect oatmeal.

I mean. C'mon

Wish I bought earlier

The device looks good. However, it has very few features (for example, the steaming function is automatically 30 minutes and cannot be changed, whereas it is far too long for several foods). The instructions are very little detailed and sometimes contradictory, requiring trial and error, even while consulting the instructions in English. If I had to do it again, I would consider a more "evolved" device of the same brand since this version seems much too "basic" to justify its price.

Few features and laconic instructions

No power cord in the box. Has to use old one.

Missing parts

I received the rice cooker they advertised as a 12‑cup size, but the box clearly says 12 cups after cooking and only 6 cups before cooking. Who on earth sells a rice cooker based on after‑cooking capacity? This is a complete waste of my time and money. It's absolutely infuriating and honestly one of the worst experiences I've had.

they so weird seller
