I bought the CUCKOO CR-0675FG on November 20, 2025 and received it on Nov. 21, so I cannot speak for its longevity yet, but the performance so far has been great. The 6-cup uncooked (12-cup cooked) capacity is perfect for everyday use. The rice comes out noticeably fluffier compared to my old basic rice cooker. The texture is even, and it never feels mushy or undercooked.

The overall look is modern. The color and design fit well on the counter and feel more premium than most cookers in this price range. Setup is simple, and the controls are easy to understand.

So far, I'm happy with it. If it holds up long term, it will be an excellent purchase.

Quanlity versus language !!

• Easy to use
• Makes excellent rice
• Looks sharp on the counter
• Very easy to clean/Rice never sticks to pot
• 13 menu options

Cons:
• Takes up a lot of room
• Takes an extra long time to cook (even on quick cook)
• Quite a chore to remove the lid to clean it if needed
• Says its cooks 6 cups (dry) but no room for 12 cups of rice
• Making 2 cups (dry) the liquid boiled out all over the top (see picture)

I make a lot of white rice to go with meals and this makes sticky or quick when it comes to white rice. I really wanted a 6 cup (dry), 12 cup cooked rice cooker, so the fact this only makes 3 cups dry/6 cooked is disappointing especially for the large size. This comes with its own “cup” and I guess that's how they measured the 6 cups which are actually half a cup of a regular "American cup" capacity. The first white rice I made was the quick version and as you can see in the pictures it turned out beautifully but made a huge mess all over the top and I only made 2 cups (dry) and it took 38 minutes to cook so it does take quite a bit of time to cook it, it was not near as quick as my old rice cooker. I am looking forward to making sticky white rice next to use for my California rolls that we eat often but I can say if the liquid boils over on to the top and it takes 38 minutes to make a small amount of “quick” white rice each time I will go back to using my trusty old Aroma rice cooker that is small, super quick to cook, and never boils over making a huge mess.

This rice cooker is big, bulky, ugly and the rice does not cook correctly.  We gave it a long trial thinking that it would just take time to get used to it, but it is still the worst rice cooker we have ever used.
