[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good and high-end product. A little pricey, but if you get it when its on sale, youve hit the jackpot. Lots of options for cooking. I got mine in white color; it looks beautiful in my kitchen. . . Simplistict design and very easy-to-follow instructions. Cup size is small; my regular-sized tea cup is twice the size of this Cuckoo cup. Overall, its a great, clean, modern, contemporary, slick design that is simple and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Cuckoo brand rice cookers for 27 years and was never disappointed. This is my fourth one. My new 10 cup HP Twin pressure rice cooker is not only beautiful on the outside, it does a superb job of making the best pot of rice.

Beautiful and dependable!

I purchased this rice cooker for the family size, and it really does the job what we needed for. Traditional pressure rice cooker was heavy and bulky, but this one is light weight and interface is very simple to operate. Recommending this one for large family size, compact/sleek design and affordability.

Compact design, user friendly, and Light weight

I like the gray color and wanted to have a quality rice cooker. I have researched many rice cookers and found this Cuckoo's rice cooker is well known for the taste of grains and design as well. So I purchase this model and perfect! I rarely leave a review but happy buyer's recommendation for somebody who consider this model.

I bought this product last fall and have been using every day for my big family. So far, I have no problems and it's very easy to use. I've been only using Cuckoo rice cooker over 25 years and am so happy with products and always

Rice cooker review

I bought this as a gift for a family member who would often complain about the quality and durability of another brand of rice cooker. Given our families have rice daily, it's very important to have a reliable machine that consistent creates great tasting, perfectly steamed rice. It's been 4 months of using the gift and the recipient is VERY happy! Cuckoo is the best brand and it's worth the initial investment as it'll last for 10+ years (at least mine has)!

Bought as a replacement for other brand

First, the pressurized cooked rice tastes out of this world.
I was worried that, however, the rice cooker would degrade over time and the rice taste and/or the cooking process would change over time.
To my surprise, this little cooker has proved itself to be very durable and the rice tastes the same as it tasted 1.5 years ago.

After 1.5 years of use review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great rice cooker. It's top heavy and bottom portion of the rice cooker is not sturdy. Each time I open the rice cooker it feels like the whole thing will tip over. It's not so easy or convenient to clean the top portion of the rice cooker. Rubber seal come off to clean but awkward to put it back on. Otherwise it makes great white rice and brown rice.

The wires inside the lid will break on you after the 1 year warranty. I've had 1 break apart and 3 others that has started and this rice cooker is just over 3 years old. Now when I switch it to high pressure mode the whole thing does a complete reset. Save your money and go with another brand.
