[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every Cuisinart product that I have purchased over a span of twenty  plus years has been high quality and performed well.  Pans, appliances, anything you can think of.  This brand is now my go-to, given that the money spent turns out to be pennies for each year of use.

I do not recommend putting any pots or pans in the dishwasher if you don't want the finish to become discolored.

This has become my favorite pan! I got it to make tortillas and it does not disappoint. I was having a hard time getting the magical "puff" and I noticed the difference right off, it is perfect. It is well made, and quality non-stick.

Really nice high quality non stick skillet. Omelets glide on the surface of this pan. Beautifully made. A nice addition to any kitchen. I am very pleased with it. I did not receive a free skillet to taint my review either.

Beautiful  Cuisinart  non stick skillet.

I've only used this pan a few times, so can't comment on its longevity. However, it is a terrific replacement for an old 7" pan that needed to be retired. I like this size because it is perfect for a one-egg omelet. It is non-stick as claimed and cleans easily.

Just what I wanted

Cuisinart is a good brand and I've used it for years . I also collect the pieces that's not in the set

Just the right size

I like this pan so much, I'm getting rid of my old pans and replacing them with thes pans. They cook evenly, aren't too heavy, clean easy and can go in the oven and dishwasher.

Hello. I had inadvertently ordered this Chef's Classic Skillet vice a current set matching Professional Series replacement skillet and find it not quite as good. The Classic's different bottom is now induction ready but does not heat the same as the Professional Series. I will be sure to order the Professional Series in the future. Thanx.
