Ordered on Saturday and delivered on Tuesday.  Perfect hitch in every aspect.  Installation is fairly easy with the right tools and know how.  First time ever: took 40 minutes.  Appearance on vehicle is very low key.  Almost hidden from view.  I am very happy.  Highly recommend this hitch.  My application is strictly bike rack and basket.  No towing.
