You need an assistant to put a couple of bolts into the holes while you hold up the hitch with both of your hands.

Not difficult to DIY

Curt is w good brand.  When you go to their website you will find video clips about how to self-install the hitch on your vehicle.  Also, the price for this item was the lowest at Walmart.  It arrived at the store in 4 days, then quick pickup.  The only minor problem was that the coating of the hitch was slightly chipped by handling or transportation.
