This CURT hitch is really well made and bolts up nicely to Gen 2 Dodge Dakota's. There is no drilling required and i was able to install the hitch by myself.  The hitch kit comes with Grade 8 bolts.
I would of given the Curt hitch 13280 five stars except in shipping one of the mounting sides got slight bent due to the hitch flopping around freely in the box. this however did not hinder installation because it was simple to pry the arm a bit to allow for alignment.   Installation Tips. You will need 18mm or 11/16 and a 19mm or 3/4  deep 6 point socks. You will need a torque wrench that can torque  from 70 lbs to 110 lbs.  You will need to remove two bolts from the frame first. If installing it yourself, tie one side up near to its mounting, then install one loose retaining bolt in the other side then then lift the tied up end into place and begin installation. There is a easy installation video for this hitch on Youtube.

Very well made hitch, worth the money.
