Ease Of Installation

7 bolts is all can do laying on your back ; no need to even jack the van up

simple

walmart.com

I ordered this hitch for our 2008 Town and Country Van on a Sunday and it was delivered to our home on the following Tuesday.Really fast service and we had no problems installing it, Great product

Speedy Delivery

one of the best things i got for the van. was easy to install. just drop the muffler a little bit, screw on with existing screws from the vehicle and torque down. I use it carry bikes on a bike rack or an extra gear on a cargo tray.

Very nice quality built hitch. Really easy to install and it uses the bolts that are already on the van. The hardest part was removing a couple of the bolts that had some rust on them. I used a little penetrating oil and some patience and was able to get them out. I would suggest watching a YouTube video on installing hitch. You have to remove 3 bolts and lower the muffler, but that was easy. Curt Hitches look very nice and are durable. The only part of hitch you can see is the 2"" receiver, the rest is covered up by the bumper.

Very Nice Hitch

OK, right up front - Walmart.com needs to delete the photo that shows a wiring harness kit, because it doesn't come with that. All you get is the receiver hitch. But their price beats even the big mail-order companies, so what do you expect?

That having been said, this fits my 2016 Grand Caravan AVP like it came that way from the factory. I'm a 66-yr old retired engineer, and I was up and running in 30 minutes. The Youtube videos for this hitch really help cut down the install time. I didn't have a helper so I used a small floor jack to lift it up into position as I tightened the mounting bolts. Piece of cake, and the fit is perfect. This fits between the rear bumper and the fuel tank, and from an engineering standpoint, I believe that's good. The muffler clears this with ease. I just drove over a bunch of potholes and speed bumps to be sure and - not one rattle.

The advantage to buying from Walmart - and this is a BIG issue - is that you can have it shipped to a nearby store, unbox it there, set it down on their concrete floor, and verify that there was NO torquing, bending, or other damage during shipment. If the hitch rocks back and forth or there's other obvious damage, you just refuse it. With direct-ship mail order, YOU have to ship it back. And the original shipping box ALWAYS gets torn up. Seriously, read the reviews. These are heavy and the shipping carton is a mess by the time they arrive.

Fits like the factory installed it.

Came quickly and was exactly what we expected.

Easy 5 bolt installation using bolts already on vehicle. But did not come with Wiring harness shown in picture- only the hitch. Had to order harness separately for almost an additional $50. If harness came with it I would have given it a 5 star rating.

Easy install but no wiring as pictured

Buyer beware. Even though the wire harness is pictured on the website and even though there's no disclaimer in description the wire harness does not come with the hitch!

Walmart shows that a wiring harness is included with purchase. Contacting Walmart verified that a wiring harness should be included. After two different shipments of the product still no wiring harness. Others have received the wiring harness with the purchase. I did not unfortunately. Besides missing parts the hitch is of great quality and would probably work well if only all the parts would be included

Missing Wiring harness

Shipping sucks don't pay extra for it it will not arrive when promised

The products was fine
