Good looking.  Nice Fit.  Easy install.

On the RX 400h you will need to remove the factory tow loops on both sides of the vehicle.  You might be able to safely reinstall them - I didn't.

Also, once installed, you will need to custom cut the factory mud-shields on both sides to fit around your new hitch.
