Don't let the price fool you, this is just as good as the expensive pins for my use. It is exactly as pictured.
I ordered and got the first sealed undamaged envelope with only an invoice. I messaged through the Walmart site and had an answer in an hour. The second pin envelope had the item enclosed and is still here a day before the original promised delivery. 
Things happen and there is no getting around it. The pin just didn't make it into the original envelope. How these little hiccups are handled make for a good company to deal with.
