[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Work well w/o a wrench to tighten up those receiver to hitch slack issues.  Just slide over hitch first , retighten and then into receiver for final clamping down. Not bad for ChiComm made.

It broke on first use and no it was not over tighten. While traveling I could hear my hitch rattling again so I stopped and found the unit loose. So I readjusted it again and once at the rv park I found the cross bar cracked in the middle. IMHO  to light of a material used, should be steel.
