In the event of a sudden trailer breakaway, this safety kit will activate the trailer brakes, adding necessary protection to you and others. This kit includes a lockable battery case, 12-volt 5-amp rechargeable battery, nylon breakaway switch, charger, and mounting hardware. The cable lanyard is 48 inches long to fit most trailer combinations. 

The locked battery case deters from theft and keeps the battery and wiring maintained. The case is constructed from heavy-duty plastic and has a screw-tight lid and rubber gaskets for added protection.
