Had to by this for a friend / client  - was very specific to Cabot Mahogony Flame.  I loved using this product. Amazing absorbtion. Takes a little longer than 24hrs to really dry - give it 72 for a hard finish. Used their stain for refinishing Muskoka chairs, bought the brown for my house. Haven't started yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I properly cleaned all this wood per cabinets, recommendations, and applied cabinets. Australian timber oil liberally to all of the wooden components. I have used this product on this dock and decking for a little over 20 years and everything is absolutely beautiful and the product gives wood what it needs, specifically the three types of oil that is in this Cabot product. This product is a traditional oil based translucent penetrating product. Most of the competition only offers something for aesthetics, but does very little for the wood.

Beautiful results!! Used honey teak tint penetrating oil to stain my cedar fence and gazebo pressure treated posts! Fall a little bit short with a gallon, had a small section of fence untreated but it is not in visible area so will be more careful with calculations next time.

Great product!

The first one was a log house with a log guest cabin. 
Second & third houses with log beams, wood ceilings, blue wood pine tongue and groove walls and cabinets.
Used Cabot products for everything.
We used the products also for the covered wood decking.

Awesome products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Aussie log oil on my historic cabin in Big Bear Lake, Cali, at my cafe in Big Bear and my home in Palm Springs. I use to preserve woof furniture, decor items and most importantly the log siding on my almost 100 year old cabin. The product is easy to use, lasts for years and creates a protective layer that can handle washings, snow and summer sun. I have shared this product with many people who are now loyal users.

Stain 50 ft deck

Had this oil applied to my mahogany porch floor about 10 years ago and it's held up beautifully. Much better than the original stain/oil(Don't remember what it was but it discolored badly and needed to be sanded prior to applying Cabots.). But some areas ar exposed to heavy sun and need a light sand. Going to clean the floor then apply this product again and hope for another 10 years of performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used 5 Gal Austrian Timer Oil (Honey Teak) on my deck. 1 or 2 cans appear darker and thinker, more oily. The other cans are lighter and watery. They left different shade of colors on my deck. Please see attached photo. PLEASE HELP!

We have had the same blotchy and uneven color experience as the other recent reviewer. We are not happy with how it turned out and not sure what to do as you say not to put on a second coat. I am wanting to try to fix it. Please advise

I have used this for years and really loved it. Finally ran out of the gallons I had and purchase some new gallons.  Did the formula change?  Seems watery and does not coat well over previous applications from a couple of years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To say that the label on the can of this reformulated Timber Oil is misleading is an understatement.  In fact, per the 2 pt font halfway down the instructions it should only be used on unfinished wood.  Only the can lid indicates this product has changed by warning the user against mixing with the older Timber Oil.  I assumed this referred to mixing the liquids.  The new product cannot be used to overcoat the older Timber Oil product from Cabot, wet or dry.

The product label should clearly indicate this product is only for use with unfinished wood, and it should be clearly distinguishable from the original Timber Oil product.
