[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this toilet seat in my upstairs bathroom. It fit well and all of the hardware was included making it easy to install. The nuts that screw underneath the toilet were a little tricky to get on because of their size,so for this reason, I give it the product 4 stars. One thing I did notice as far as design, is that the protective covers for the screws do not flip close like some toilet seats. This toilet seat features pieces that slide over the screw heads. Which I had to pry a part to adjust the toilet seat. Just make sure you pry them a part gently to avoid breaking them as the toilet seat is plastic.

Standard Plastic Round Toilet Seat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet seat looks nice and was easy to install. It can easily be removed for cleaning. The inserts keep the seat from shifting, which was a problem with my old toilet seat. I only wish they could have been molded in instead of having to push them in because I think the area may be difficult to keep clean. This seat looks nice and perfectly fits my round toilet bowl. It is nothing fancy but is a well designed, functional toilet seat.

Nice fit

I love the toilet seat and the soft-close option, but I have had two out of three fail prematurely. One seat just plain broke (not due to an overweight person frequently using it or poor care)! It broke right at the support pad. The other seat's soft-close option quit working. I have replaced them with the same Kohler product, but if another one breaks, I will switch to a different brand.

Great product - but premature failure is common

The online chat was not helpful. I did not get the product I wanted. Box label was misleading, else I would have sent it back
