This holder is to small, bought 2 golf umbrellas advertised next to this holder and neither fit, state the size of the holder .

Yes, it didn't meet my expectations.  I assumed that this holder could clamp to my cart.  Looks like there was a missing part of this device.  This clamp has only have the male part, and without partner this holder won't work. Do I have to tie it with something?
