Only expresso I drink but unfortunately it was 2 for $5 for the last 10yrs.  The price has since doubled $5.92 for 1 brick.  Trying to stock up when I can %26 can only assume it's due to tariffs %26 not the manufacturer taking advantage.  It's one of my favorites %26 a necessity, the price was always a bonus…now I suppose I'll shop around for a better deal

Well, this being the really the only choice for a compressed brick of coffee in the whole Walmart store, I was buying it regularly and then it became a dollar more than became two dollars more -so nine dollars    a pound for this type of coffee is kind of pricey ! It's sad, but I'm still able to find Similar less expensive alternatives at other establishments ! 
Who knows if the price does go down I might be able to afford it again !

When your favorite coffee becomes too expensive

Admittedly there are only perhaps three or four coffees that we buy on a regular basis, but Café Bustelo is on top of the list. This full-flavored, espresso-type coffee is not only easy to make using an electric, drip-type coffee machine with inexpensive paper filters, but the aroma that it disperses throughout nearly half of the main floor of our home is enough to wake up any family members who are trying to get a little extra sleep on any given day. The taste is wonderful and its rich flavor helps each one of us get started every day. Just sit, and relax, and get ready to make it all happen with the help of this consistently delicious brew.

Tasty and a great day starter...

I went to South Florida and got a free coffee from a local store. It was the best coffee  I had ever had. When I went to the grocery store I looked for coffee and this coffee  had very few left, so I bought it. It was the same that I had had earlier. That is how I discovered  this amazing coffee!

How I discovered Cafe Bustilo

This coffee is the real deal. omg. its knda expensive. im not rich, but Ill pay whatever. it an espresso grind, too fine for me french press. i dont care, the finess willsettle at the bottom. big deal. not. the brick iskinda hard to get in my glass canning jar, to keep fresh. again, I dont care. whatever it takes, Im making this.

cafe bustelo is the best

I love a good strong cup of flavorful coffee. After I tried Cafe Bustelo, I found that I could use less ground coffee per pot (than I did with some other brands) and still have that good strong coffee flavor even after I add coffee creamer. 
I have been buying  Cafe Bustelo ground coffee for about a year now.

Flavorful coffee

I absolutely love Cafe Bustelo coffee! I switched to this brand years ago when I realized that the name brand coffees I had been drinking were not strong enough for me. 
After taking a friend's recommendation, I tried Cafe Bustelo and found it to be far more potent than the Maxwell House, Folger's %26 McDonald's brands that I had previously been consuming in rotation.
Cafe Bustelo does not have a nasty aftertaste, I achieve a much stronger desired result (being ready to hustle and bustle %26 juggle numerous tasks at 4:30AM lol) and it's affordable. I love to buy the little 10 ounce bricks and refill my large container and I look forward to my mornings because I know I can rely on the good quality and consistency of the Cafe Bustelo brand coffee that I've come to love and enjoy.

Amazing bold flavor and aroma. This coffee has a rich, strong taste that is perfect for espresso lovers. The aroma is intense and inviting, and it brews smooth without bitterness. It's also an excellent value for the price and consistently high quality. I highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys dark roast coffee

Bustelo… the best of the best!

I would say that I blend Bustelo with another brand which helps to mellow the strong caffaine taste of Bustelo and with another ingrediente which also inhance the taste/flavor.  Everyone loves my coffee and I've been doing this for the past 12 years.  I also love the way it's packaged,  I believe that it keeps it fresh for the longest time.

CAFÉ BUSTELO STINK-BASS COFFEE
It's still a pretty good espresso, but the small size and the increasingly inflated price has had me shopping for another beloved home-espresso brand.  This one is too strong, not at all mellow (yes, there's such a thing as a smooth %26 mellow espresso, believe it or not), and stinks so bad upon brewing that it not only stinks the whole house up like a coffee mill, but sends everyone in it into SNEEZING CONVUSIONS.  You'd think your sinuses when then be uplifted, but no, not so much.  Because the olfactory senses take such a pungent hit, the longer you keep your coffee maker turned on with this brew in it, the longer you stay congested, so be sure %26 keep a box of tissues around, along with a migraine relief pill!
If you can manage to mellow it out somewhat by adding other coffee grinds to the filter, then you might have something, but if your making Cuban Coffee or something:  FUHGEDDABOUDIT!!  You'll blast your way to the moon %26 back with powerful, productive sneezes, until your sinuses  are inflamed.  I'm back on my espresso from the 1990s again.  I'll only get this one in a "pinch" and even then, use it SPARINGLY, and WITH OTHER, MILDER coffee grinds.  Basketball players might like this, as it will MAKE YOUR HEAD COME TO LIFE!  No need to go out %26 get tatted up, your mind will be TOTALLY IN DA GAME with one sip of this dark brew.   And, lastly, if I were to describe any "user friendliness" regarding these grounds, it's that you won't have to use much of it, so that if you're the only one "enjoying" it, it will last you ALL MONTH LONG, even when mixing in other types of brew grinds.

HOLD YOUR NOSE!

I thought I was ordering single packets of instant espresso, coffee, not not a block of Bustillo coffee I think 10 ounces also I did not want bacon and I got a whole pound of bacon. I don't I don't have any place where I tried to order that I see where it was on my order and I tried to cancel it and was unable to. I'm getting pretty well discouraged with ordering from Walmart. This is the second time in a row that my order has been all messed up corned beef brisket that I got is so fat I would not choose that for anything it's almost it's supposed to be a flat cut, but there's so much fat on it. It's almost pure fat. You might have six or 8 ounces but the time is cooked of edible meat on it and yet it's 2 1/2 pounds and then I'm just very disappointed.
