Haven't had my ice tea maker very long,  but so far I'm satisfied on every batch of tea that I made.

Makes great fresh tea, we use it every other day.  Also looks great left on the counter appliance

I love this iced tea maker, however the glass pitcher is very fragile. I accidentally tapped it on the edge of the sink and the entire bottom shattered. Now I cannot find a replacement pitcher so the tea maker is useless.

Cant find pitcher replacement.

I am disappointed. This is advertised as a 3 quart but clearly is only 2 quart capacity. See photos of this pitcher compared to my Mr. Coffee Ice Tea Maker pitcher. Also there is no way to cut off the drip after it is done to remove pitcher. The pitcher on my old Mr Coffee cracked and I cannot find a replacement one. I was only wanting a 3 quart. I may return this. Also the reviews I read when I ordered it on sale were 5 star reviews as opposed to the ones on this listing I had to search for to leave a review.

Disappointed

Turns itself on almost daily.  We make tea in it every day and sometimes throughout the day it will kick itself on and you can hear it trying to draw water to make a pot of tea and nobody is near it.  Today it was acting strange so I unplugged it. Worried about how safe that can be.  Not sure if it is a flaw in the machine because I have never had one do that.

It was very light weight. The first time I used it was great. That one time was the only time I got it use it. Afterwards the second time I went to use it. The machine wouldnt work and the water came out from the bottom of the machine all over the counter   Then of course, I had to go to another town over just to return it.

Wasn't worth my time.

This is not the money it cost.  The pitcher isn't double insulated there isn't a bottom to the pitcher, it's just a thin pitcher inside another thin pitcher.  The biggest issue was I plugged it in and it started smoking with a burnt smell .  I hadn't touched the on/off button that would not move when I tried it.  I returned it and I'm letting you know this is garbage and a fire hazard don't risk it.  I returned it within and got a full refund.
