My first order online. Product defective. This was for a very special occassion - my son's wedding rehersal dinner at my home. I opened the box, setup the dispenser, and poured in my berverage. The spigot leaked!!!!!!! I could not use it. It was defective out of the original packaging. I had to run out in a flurry to Walmart to get a plastic beverage dispenser with the ice cylinder for $19. It worked perfectly, but was not the elegant display that I originally had in mind.
