Assembly very easy. Nice quality. Purchased for our 2 yr old granddaughter.  Because it comes without tiny accessories, we use our own Critters. Safe for her age.

Amazing, daughter loves it. The actual lights are one of the best parts. Just wish it wasn't as expensive as it is and that there was furniture that comes with it.

Great house

I bought the same set with the words gift set following the above title and for ten dollars more got 50 pieces with it including 2 bunny figures, furniture, pots, pans, etc.  so I cancelled this one and ordered the Calico critters luxury townhome gift set.  You get the house with both sets only one has accessories and this one doesn't.

Your description is horrible.  There is no furniture! The picture shows furniture. I could have spent $10 more and got the same house at Target with some basic furniture and characters.

Disappointed

It comes with no critters or furniture. Just cheap plastic house, and the railings do not stay on. It was a huge disappointment. I spent a lot of money and got nothing. The pics are misleading.
