I have one that's over 25 years old so I decided it's time for a new one and it's exactly the same as it was years ago except for the color. It's now a dark Gray cotton instead of Red. Who cares about the color. It turns black anyway as it gets old and works even better. It's a quality California Duster at a excellent price. Good Job Walmart. Very pleased!

Between the alleged landscapers blowing dirt all over and pollen in general, this brush is returning my Maverick to look like it did right after a polish with Maguiars.

Great buy.

I have owned several of these brushes over the years and they do an excellent job of removing dust without scratching the paint . The one that I have used for 15 years eventually got pretty rough looking, so I use it to dust off my tractor.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, it takes two days to dry out and get the wax off the duster. After proper time it works great and continues to be a great part of my collection for my customer and mine cars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this product for years. I wore out my last one lol, so I bought another one. It's great dusting of your car between washes. Does not scratch the paint, plus you can dust off your windows as well with no streaking.

So far so good. Have not had for long but the couple times I have used it, it has seemed to work well to remove dust or that green dust-like stuff from that whatchamacallit tree. It's fairly light too, sorta like swiffer for car body. Good tool to have for dusty car days between car washes.

Works as advertised SFSG

We purchased a black truck that seems to be a dust magnet. Black vehicles only look good when clean and shiny. 
I was washing it almost every other day. The salesman at Baldwin Ford recommended a car duster, so I purchased one.
It has worked well allowing me not to wash it so much. 
I'd recommend it to anyone with a black vehicle that likes to keep it shiny.

Our favorite!

The cotton thread was grey in color and not red as pictured in the website. I noticed that the volume of the cotton thread was less compared to the one that I was replacing it with.  I bought my original California Duster over 10 years ago and I'm still using it but I just feel that it's about time for me to retire it. I was happy, though, that it came with a nice looking sleeve which makes it easy to store and keeps it tidy.

I had been using a California Duster for over 20 years.  I had never washed it - ever.  But, it wasn't picking up the dust as well as it used to so I got this one.  I'm disappointed.  There are only about 1/2 as many "fibers" on the mop part of it and I doubt it will last 1 year, let alone 20.  The only good thing is that it red,  which is the same color as my car. Seems to work; just flimsier than my old one.

Not as good as before

Bought one probably 15 years ago still have it. Decided to get another one. They are cheaply made now. Fibers are much thinner than my old one, which is still much better than the new one. 
Disappointed, but I'll still use it, they are just not as good anymore.

These dusters did not even make it more than three feet out of the box before my decision to return.  I am a person that takes reviews with a grain of salt usually....  Sometimes you "Don't" even get what you pay for in this world.
If you've ever owned one of the originals then don't even waste your time.  If you have never owed one and get these, please try then once or twice, then return and order an Official Cal duster (cost will he about 60% more).  Try and t for a few days and then you will onow qhat to expect from a quality product.  
FYI.  The one in my Shelby has been in use since 2007 since it was new, both car and duster
